mParticle, an independent customer data platform (CDP), introduced “Calculated attributes”, a no-code customer data analytics feature.
Using the new tool, both growth marketers and product managers can run mathematical calculations on customer activity to reveal insights such as customer preferences, product affiliations and average order values, without relying on technical team members for implementation. The benefits of the feature include, 1) simplified calculations, 2) real-time updates, and 3) avoiding inconsistencies with centralized calculations.
The firm claims that the new tool provides actionable insights by creating granular customer segments in order to deliver data-driven personalized customer experiences.
