Outbrain, a content recommendation and discovery platform , launched a new bidding solution for native header advertising (display and video ad banners that appear above, in-between, and adjacent to published content).
The native header bidding solution would allow Outbrain’s users to bid for programmatic display and video ad units. The firm claims that this would result in a more personalized ad experience for customers.
In addition, Outbrain, which follows a “pay per click” model, where revenue is shared with content publishers, expects the new solution would maximize revenue for Outbrain’s media partners while creating more opportunities for advertisers to engage with their customers.
