ActiveCampaign launches new features for B2B marketing automation

  • ActiveCampaign, a leading customer experience automation (CXA) platform providing marketing automation solutions for B2C, B2B, and ecommerce brands, introduced a number of new features for its B2B service offerings.

<ul><li>The new features include an updated email designer, templates for designing landing pages, and custom objects to unify customer data. The features can also be integrated with ActiveCampaign’s sales engagement automation platform launched last month . With the latest addition, ActiveCampaign now offers more than 70 free tools and 750 “recipes” in its marketing automation library, which include solutions specifically built for B2B marketing requirements.</ul>

  • ActiveCampaign’s users can sign up for early access to the features, which will be rolled out more widely in 2022. 

<ul><li> Analyst QuickTake: ActiveCampaign’s new features are in line with a growing industry trend amongst B2B marketing solutions where users expect to deliver a personalized experience similar to that of a B2C customer. Another such example is Demandbase , a leading account-based marketing (ABM) platform that redefined its platform as an account-based experience (ABX) in March 2021 to deliver a more personalized experience for B2B users.</ul>
