Magnite, a sell-side advertising platform, has announced the acquisition of Nth Party, a privacy-enhanced secure data sharing platform, for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 2019, Nth Party develops cryptographic software to enable companies to share and analyze audience data securely in a privacy-centric manner.
The acquisition comes on the back of Magnite’s commitment to build privacy-centric identity and audience data solutions for buyers and sellers. Nth Party will also complement Magnite’s existing data activation offerings. Following the acquisition, Nth Party’s team of seven employees, which includes five engineers, will join the engineering department of Magnite.
Founded in 2007, Magnite provides technology to publishers, which allows them to monetize their content spanning across CTV, online video, display, and audio. The company has offices across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions.
