Marine Software announces integration with Amazon Ads; share price jumps 32%

Partnerships

 • Marine Software, an AdTech firm offering a suite of solutions for advertising, announced a technology integration with the Amazon Ads demand-side platform (DSP) where users can discover advertising content across multiple formats including display, video, and audio.

 • The integration will allow users of Marin Software’s ad management platform MarineOne to measure and manage Amazon advertising campaigns from within the platform. With this addition, the firm claims to offer a comprehensive suite of services for optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns both within and outside Amazon.

 • The market had responded favorably to this development with Marin Software’s share price rising by 32%.

Analyst QuickTake: This technology integration complements Marin Software's recent partnership with CitruAd to expand the ecommerce capabilities of its platform. This may be in response to a broader industry trend where firms are reorienting their marketing budgets toward digital advertising.
