Kindbody launches its first consumer product and forays into the fertility test-kit market

Product updates

  • Kindbody, a fertility services provider, has launched its first consumer product, Kind at Home, which is a fertility hormone test kit for both women and men.

  • The Kind at Home fertility test kit is administered via a finger prick blood test. The test kits are available for purchase online and users can gain a 20% discount if they already have access to the Kindbody fertility and family-building care benefit through their employers. The test kit including personalized recommendations by Kindbody’s board-certified physicians costs USD 169.

  • The test kit for women determines levels of seven reproductive hormones relating to ovulatory function, infertility, miscarriage, and menopause, to indicate ovarian reserve and female reproductive health. The test kit for men also determines levels of seven reproductive hormones, including testosterone to indicate male reproductive function and sexual health. The test kit provides comprehensive information on fertility windows with personalized physician-led recommendations on overall reproductive health through in-clinic or virtual appointments within the patient portal.

  • Kindbody plans to launch a sperm analysis kit and additional preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum products in the Spring of 2022.
