MNTN acquires video creation platform QuickFrame

M&A

  • MNTN, an AdTech firm specializing in performance advertising for connected TV (CTV), announced its acquisition of QuickFrame, a video creation, and analytics platform.

  • MNTN’s users would now be able to access QuickFrame via its creative-as-a-subscription (CaaS) platform to create video content across a variety of display channels including social media, CTV, and out-of-home (OOH). 

  • Established in 2015, QuickFrame is a video creation and insights platform where users can gain access to a global network of creators to produce video content in a variety of formats like live-action, animation, and stop motion. As of January 2022, QuickFrame has more than 1,000 clients across 20 verticals, including Doordash, Colgate, and NBC.           

<ul><li> Analyst QuickTake : MNTN is doubling down on its focus on the CTV space, which follows the introduction of its CaaS platform and the acquisition of Maximum Effort Marketing, a digital ad agency. The addition of QuickFrame would enhance MNTN’s CaaS offerings to provide a more comprehensive performance advertising solution.</ul>
