eLearning Brothers acquires Origin Learning

M&A

  • eLearning Brothers, a corporate learning platform, acquired Chennai-based Origin Learning, a learning design and technology company, for an undisclosed fee. This marks the company’s fifth acquisition in the past two years.   

  • The acquisition increased eLearning Brothers’ headcount by more than threefold to 500 employees and strengthened its product development capabilities, assisting its plans to expand into new markets. It also allows the company to serve organizations of all sizes.

  • Origin Learning offers learning content and technology products and services for mid to large-sized organizations. Its services include learning content development, adult learning theory, experiential learning, cross-industry knowledge, design (UX), and learning technologies. It has offices in the US and development facilities in India. Its customers include Fortune 500 companies across industry segments such as manufacturing, hi-tech, healthcare, food and beverage, energy, retail, and education.
