Teachmint, an education infrastructure company, acquired MyClassCampus, an educational enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, for an undisclosed sum. This marks the company’s fourth acquisition since December 2021.
The MyClassCampus ERP will be combined with Teachmint for Institute’s learning management system (LMS) for schools, higher ed institutes, universities, and coaching centers. Teachmint for Institute has been deployed across 4,000 institutes in India since its launch in July 2021.
Founded in 2017, MyClassCampus offers a mobile-based management solution for schools, colleges, and coaching centers. It facilitates process automation across functions, including online student enrollment, human resource and payroll management, performance management, and communication management. The platform has served more than 1,500 institutes and 2+ million students across 30 countries to date.
<ul><li> Analyst Quicktake: Teachmint made a series of acquisitions ( Airlearn, Teachmore and Teachee) in December 2021 as part of its global growth strategy. The company further stated its intent to double down on its international expansion plan and its focus markets are Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The platform is reportedly available in 20 Indian and international languages and currently serves more than 10 million teachers and students. </ul>
