Mystery, an employee engagement platform, has raised USD 18.5 million in Series A funding from Greylock with participation from Moving Capital, Endeavor, Gaingels, and other investors. The round brings Mystery’s total funding to USD 22.7 million and valuation to USD 100 million.
The fresh funds will be used to expand its offering and double headcount to support the growing demand for proactive employee engagement solutions.
The company reports increasing demand for its offering from thousands of teams in hundreds of companies including Amazon, Microsoft, KPMG, Ford, and Uber. In 2021, the number of teams using Mystery grew by 10x and over one million employees are expected to participate in Mystery events this year.
