Addionics, a British next-gen battery-tech company, has raised USD 27 million in a Series A funding round. The round brings Addionics’ total funding to USD 34 million.
The proceeds will be used to redesign existing battery architecture with Addionics’ Smart 3D Electrodes.
Deep Insight led the round. New investors Novelis, Magna International, JX Nippon Mining & Metals, Union Tech Ventures, 8090 Partners, GiTV, Talcar Corporation, Bridges Israel impact investment fund, Doral Energy Tech Ventures, and Dr. David Deak, and existing investors NextGear Ventures, Magna Capital Partners, and Vasuki Global Tech Fund also participated.
