Bramble Energy, a UK-based hydrogen fuel cell startup, raised GBP 35 million (USD 47.6 million) in a Series B funding round led by HydrogenOne Capital. The round brings Bramble Energy’s total funding to USD 57.8 million.
The proceeds will be used to develop and commercialize its fuel cell technology globally. Investors BGF, IP Group, Parkwalk Advisors, and the UCL Technology Fund also participated.
Founded in 2016, Bramble Energy develops fuel cell stacks. The company’s patented technology printed circuit board fuel cell (PCBFC) can be manufactured at all printed circuit board (PCB) plants globally. The company has launched a portable power product range and liquid-cooled fuel cell stack systems.
