Mentessa, an employee onboarding and engagement platform, has raised EUR 1 million (approx. USD 1.12 million) in a seed funding round led by Eleven Ventures with participation from a group of angel investors.
Founded in 2019, Mentessa provides a digital platform for internal expert networks, mentors, and innovation communities to help employees collaborate informally, share experiences, and navigate corporate culture. The platform has an algorithm that matches employees beyond hierarchies, departments, locations, and any biases to overcome psychological barriers in employee engagement. Currently, Mentessa has over 5,000 users on its platform, including employees from Deutsche Telekom, Linde, and OTPbank.
