Securly acquires classroom management software Dyknow

M&A

  • Student safety and device management software provider Securly acquired Dyknow, a classroom management monitoring solution, for an undisclosed amount.

  • The acquisition allows Securly to integrate with Dyknow’s product portfolio to expand its product capabilities under a single unified interface. The company also plans to invest in expanding Dyknow’s Device Impact Measurement solution.

  • Founded in 2003, Dyknow is a device monitoring solution for K-12 students. It offers two core products: 1) Classroom Management, a software solution that empowers educators by providing real-time visibility of student screens, allowing them to customize and manage student accessibility, increase student engagement via a communication portal, and review activity; and 2) Device Impact Measurement, a platform that provides administrators and tech coaches with an all-inclusive view of device and technology usage. The platform has served 900,000+ student users.
