Conversational intelligence platform InteractiveTel acquired Marcom Technologies, a sales training and coaching platform for the automotive dealership industry, for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition allows InteractiveTel to expand its product capabilities by rebranding Marcom Technologies’ solution as SenseiCX and integrating it with its platform. As a result, Marcom Technologies’ existing customers will be able to access InteractiveTel's analytics and reporting data. According to the terms of the deal, InteractiveTel acquired Marcom Technologies’ intellectual property, policies, programs, and customer contracts as well as its team of 34 employees.
Marcom Technologies offers a suite of services that include sales and service call monitoring, management training, phone training, service training and coaching, and marketing ROI.
