Spanish HR software provider Sesame HR raises EUR 10 million in Series A funding

Funding

  • Sesame HR, a Spanish HR software provider, has raised EUR 10 million (approx. USD 11.1 million) in a Series A funding round led by PSG, a growth equity firm focusing on middle-market software and technology-enabled services companies. PSG is expected to support Sesame's geographical expansion by leveraging its presence and expertise in operating across Europe and the US.

  • The fresh funds will be used to enhance its offering by introducing deeper integrations with third-party tools and introducing new AI technologies to its people analytics solutions to improve personalization. The company also plans to significantly expand its current team of 90 employees in 2022.
