mParticle, a customer data platform (CDP), introduced new product feature Lifetime Profiles, which uses the full data history of a customer to help brands create more personalized customer experiences in real time, covering the entire customer journey.
mParticle users would be able to gain access to all of the historical user data provided by 75+ of mParticle’s audience partners. In addition, users would be able to use the data to build audiences that include infrequent or seasonal customers.
The new feature is currently in the beta stage and is available to premium users.
