MoEngage, an omnichannel marketing campaign automation platform, announced a partnership with Microsoft, to enable enterprise users to gather insights and conduct personalized omnichannel marketing campaigns.
The new collaboration will allow MoEngage users to leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 customer insights, a customer data platform (CDP) to access transactional, behavioral, and transactional customer data to create personalized customer experiences.
MoEngage also announced the addition of an AI-powered proactive assistant and product recommendations feature to its platform.
