Red 6, a creator of AR platforms for military training, has partnered with Military Tech firm Palantir Technologies to incorporate the latter's technology into Palantir's mixed reality platform, Ontology Software Development Kit (OSDK).

The collaboration will allow Palantir's data platform to function harmoniously with Red 6's AR platform, streamlining decision-making in military settings. This includes bringing current and beneficial data directly to military personnel while reducing cognitive load. 

Analyst QuickTake: Red 6 has been partnering with Military Tech firms to utilize its AR platform and expand its customer base. This included the company’s November 2023 partnership with BAE Systems to utilize the company’s AR headset to enhance military training outcomes via Project OdySSEy and its June 2023 partnership with Lockheed Martin to implement Red 6’s ATARS into Lockheed Martin’s T-50 fighter jet.
