Digital healthcare provider FOLX Health is collaborating with Crisis Text Line, a global nonprofit organization, to provide FOLX members with round-the-clock access to free text-based mental health support services.

Through the partnership, FOLX members can now text a specific number and access live volunteer crisis counselors anytime needed. This service is extremely beneficial to the LGBTQIA+ community, which makes up half of Crisis Text Line's users, who are dealing with a growing mental health crisis. The collaboration supports FOLX Health's mission to create a comprehensive healthcare platform that caters especially to the needs of the queer community.
