The offering also provides the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) &ldquo;Self-Guided Skills program,&rdquo; which teaches skills such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness through self-guided content.&nbsp;

        The company also partnered with UK-based mental health platform provider Togetherall to incorporate a peer-to-peer support network on Mantra&rsquo;s Whole Campus Care Service. Through the partnership, Mantra Health users will have access to an anonymous and moderated peer-to-peer support community, with options to receive more in-depth mental health services through the platform.
