        Prairie Pulse, founded in 1995, operates in Vanscoy, offering origination, bulk storage, cleaning, milling, sorting, sizing, and bagging services for lentils, chickpeas, and peas. It transforms pulse products sourced from local farmers into shelf-stable food-ready products and distributes them both nationally and internationally.

        The acquisition will double ADM's pulse footprint in the region and enhance its ability to transform pulses into ready-to-use products for domestic and international consumption. It will also expand ADM&rsquo;s capabilities to meet the changing needs of customers looking for pulses as protein sources.
