        Sonic Milling systems is an innovative food technology startup with a diverse group of engineers, food scientists, and business executives working toward inventing novel processing solutions for plant-based ingredients. Over the last 10 years, the startup has developed processing technologies, including its proprietary hydrodynamic cavitation technology, which uses water and pressure to break plant-based ingredients into clean label liquids and sauces while nutrients remain intact without stabilizers or additional oil.
