California-based DoorDash Kitchens launched a new cloud kitchen location in downtown Brooklyn through a partnership with Nimbus Kitchens, a New York-based cloud kitchen. The new location will cater to customers in Dumbo, Park Slope, Cobble Hill, Fort Greene, Brooklyn Heights, Gowanus, Clinton Hill, and Prospect Heights.

DoorDash’s new location will work with a range of local, regional, and national restaurants, including DOMODOMO, Kings Co Imperial, Pies ‘n’ Thighs, Moonbowls, and Little Caesars. Additionally, beverages from Birch Coffee, pastries from Kado Patisri, and treats from Milk Bar will be available on the menu.

Ruth Isenstadt, senior director of DoorDash Kitchens noted that the new location will focus on delivery services but indicated that the company is looking forward to opening a dine-in area for over 20 guests as well.
