Founded in 2020, Trustpage provides AI-powered trust centers to facilitate secure communication and collaboration. Trustpage serves nearly 400 companies globally. Notable customers include Pendo, Sift, and ZoomInfo.
The acquisition will expand Vanta’s product offerings and team, help accelerate product innovation and scale its platform for more than 1,000 customers globally.
In 2022, Vanta nearly doubled its customer base to over 4,000 companies across 58 countries. Notable customers include Autodesk, Modern Treasury, and Quora. The company also expanded globally by setting up offices in Australia, Ireland, and the US.
Vanta graduated from Y Combinator in 2018 and was largely bootstrapped since its founding in 2016. Vanta provides compliance tools that help companies automatically comply with cybersecurity and privacy standards including the GDPR and CCPA to protect data. Vanta helps enterprises and SMBs earn security certifications and continuously monitors their systems to ensure compliance.
