 <p>The funding is intended to drive the company’s growth and aid in the commercial deployment of ION's ICE-31 liquid amine carbon capture technology.</p>
 <p>ION Clean Energy also announced a change in its leadership. The former CEO of Arbor Renewables, and founder and CEO of G2X Energy, Timothy Vail, has been appointed as the new CEO of the company.</p>
