Measurabl, an ESG platform for real estate, has launched its next-generation platform, a comprehensive suite of new software products designed for real estate owners, operators, and investors to quantify value from sustainability.

The new platform includes Measurabl Navigate, which consists of several modules: 1) Data Manager for streamlining data collection and management, 2) Insights for data analysis and reporting, 3) Disclosure for reporting to global frameworks such as GRESB and CDP, and 4) Decarb for evaluating decarbonization scenarios and project planning. Existing customers will also have access to the Core Legacy platform.

The new suite is powered by the Measurabl Quantum Cloud, a real estate ESG data repository that uses AI-enabled tools for data ingestion and automation. The company claims the platform will help organizations optimize their portfolios, ensure data quality, and make smart investments for strong ROI.
