This platform, utilizing digital care programs for insomnia, anxiety, and depression from Big Health, will be linked with Grow Therapy's extensive mental health provider network. The service will be integrated with existing employer benefit systems, offering a more scalable and flexible approach to address the rising demand for mental health care. The initial launch of this solution will be within the existing customer base, with a broader rollout expected in 2024.

Its solutions are inclusive, scalable, and affordable, backed by industry-leading peer-reviewed research and randomized controlled trials. It offers Daylight and Sleepio for accessible, safe care for individuals diagnosed with insomnia and anxiety. Additionally, its Spark Direct solution provides cognitive and behavioral techniques to support individuals living with major depressive disorder. 

Grow Therapy provides a platform that connects clients, therapists, and insurance companies to make mental health care simple to access. Users can schedule appointments directly through vetted therapists’ calendars, with most therapists available within two days or less for both virtual and in-person sessions. Additionally, the platform offers resources and therapist-recommended tips to guide individuals on their mental health journey.
