The deal is expected to be completed in Q1 2024, pending standard approvals. The financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed.</p></li>
  <li><p>After the acquisition is finalized, Verve will be integrated into Rockwell's Lifecycle Services unit, enhancing its capabilities with asset inventory and vulnerability management.
