<p>Splitit Payments Limited (Splitit) is set to delist from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) following a $25 million investment from Motive Partners' in the initial tranche of a $50 million growth funding deal. The move, approved by its shareholders, will also see the company's move from Israel to the Cayman Islands.
