While exact details of Flow&rsquo;s business model are unclear at this point, the company is expected to operate the more than 3,000 apartment units purchased by Neumann in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta, and Nashville. Flow will also provide community features and other rental services while also offering these to new developers and third parties.
