Canadian vegetable growers Delfland and Ferme Hotte &amp; Van Winden have already purchased two machines. Both companies supply US cities like New York and Boston. They plan to use ARA to apply herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides, and expect to achieve significant cost savings of 70%–95% on phytosanitary products. They anticipate recouping the cost of the ARA within one to two cropping seasons and also mention that these robots contribute to increased crop yields.</p></li>
