The acquisition was carried out for an undisclosed sum. Through this acquisition SonderMind will now be able to offer more personalized care journeys to users, employ clinical note templates, and improve its measurement-based services.&nbsp;&nbsp;

        Post-sale of the assets, Mindstrong will terminate its operations. This announcement follows the news of the company

          laying off 128 employees and shutting down its HQ
        </a>
         in February 2023.
