Darwinbox, an HR tech platform for employee onboarding, performance, and feedback, has partnered with Microsoft to integrate its product with the Microsoft product ecosystem and co-innovate solutions to enhance employee experience. The partnership is expected to accelerate Darwinbox’s go-to-market efforts. Microsoft has also made an undisclosed equity investment in Darwinbox.

As part of the collaboration, Darwinbox will adopt Microsoft Azure to enhance its Human Capital Management (HCM) SaaS platform.

Darwinbox’s mobile-first platform merges HR transactions and experiences into the workflow with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 platforms including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Viva, and Azure Active Directory. The company has also leveraged Microsoft's Power BI to offer rich visual analytics dashboards to customers. Darwinbox will continue to improve these capabilities through this latest partnership.
