 <p>Ocado, a British online retailer and technology company, has partnered with Lotte Shopping, a Korean retail giant, to construct a robotic warehouse for online groceries for Lotte in South Korea.</p>
 <p>The facility will service approximately 2.3 million households in and around Busan, with plans for expansion across five additional regions in the country. The overall project is expected to be fully operational by 2025.</p>
 <p>The robotic warehouse is expected to enhance Lotte's online grocery enterprise by improving efficiency in areas such as demand prediction, inventory management, product selection, packaging, and delivery route planning.</p>

This collaboration will automate McKesson's distribution site and expand the use of Ocado's fulfillment technology beyond grocery retail. The financial impact of this partnership will be minimal for the current fiscal year and is expected to be cash and EBITDA-positive by 2025 after installation completion.</p></li>
