  <li><p>IQVIA, a healthcare and life science technology provider, is planning to raise USD 500 million through an offering of senior secured notes due 2029. This will bring the total funds raised by the company to USD 1.5 billion.</p></li>
  <li><p>The funds raised will be used to settle certain outstanding term loans and restructure previous credit facilities into a new term B loan valued at USD 1.25 billion. Additionally, the funds will cover fees and expenses associated with the loan agreements and the term B loan. </p></li>
  <li><p>Following the note offering and loan restructuring, IQVIA plans to enter into currency swap agreements to mitigate exposure to its USD-based loan facilities.</p></li>
  <li><p>IQVIA offers various platforms for healthcare and life sciences, including clinical trial planning, compliance, real-world evidence, and patient engagement. It is a subsidiary of IQVIA Holdings Inc. (NYSE:IQV), a publicly listed healthcare technology company.</p></li>
