 <p>The Kraft Heinz Not Company, a joint venture (JV) between Kraft Heinz and plant-based meat producer NotCo, is set to launch NotHotDog and NotSausages in partnership with Oscar Mayer, a subsidiary of Kraft Heinz. The products will be available at US retailers later this year, following their debut at Expo West 2024.</p>

This reverses a previous ruling in favor of the Association of Milk Producers of Los Ríos Region. NotMilk, a plant-based drink, mimics the flavor and texture of cow's milk. Despite its similarities to dairy milk, a <a href="https://vegconomist.com/politics-law/notco-dairy-allegations-court-consumers-know-not-milk/">study</a> revealed 99% of consumers knew it's not actual cow's milk.&nbsp;</p>

NotCo wins court appeal over NotMilk trademark case

The Kraft Heinz Not Company has introduced Kraft NotMac&amp;Cheese in the US. This plant-based version of Kraft Mac &amp; Cheese is the result of a partnership between Kraft Heinz and Chilean plant-based company NotCo. Kraft NotMac&amp;Cheese comes in Original and White Cheddar flavors and contains a plant-based cheese sauce. Chilean startup NotCo has introduced NotMilk Barista, a shelf-stable oat-based milk, into US foodservice. The product was developed using NotCo's AI technology and input from professional baristas to mimic the functionality of dairy milk, including foam production for various coffee drinks. With this launch, NotCo has completed its goal of expanding its shelf-stable range into the foodservice sector.
