Vecna Robotics, a provider of flexible automation for material handling, has introduced a performance guarantee to make automation more accessible and streamline the deployment of mobile robots in warehouses and manufacturing facilities across the US.

The guarantee is based on customer-defined success criteria, such as throughput, task completion, and uptime. Hence, this new guarantee offers customers assurance in their investment, with performance metrics defined by them. 

More than 90% of Vecna Robotics' projects are now acquired through its robots-as-a-service (RaaS) model. Once deployed, Vecna Robotics' systems are monitored by its PivotalTM Command Center, ensuring continuous oversight and the ability to remotely resolve issues when necessary.
