<p>Nutrition and health company Superbrewed Food, formerly White Dog Labs, has received patent approval for its Superbrewed Protein. The patent gives them exclusive rights to create, use, and commercialize bacterial biomass ingredients for 18 years. The product, a postbiotic protein ingredient, is developed through anaerobic fermentation, devoid of animal components, allergens, and GMOs, and purportedly provides better functional benefits than alternative plant or microbial proteins.</p>
