Prefab Tech

Prefabricated home manufacturer Dvele is building two new manufacturing facilities in Mexico and the US to address the housing crisis. These facilities, along with a previously announced facility in Montana, are part of a $428 million investment plan. Dvele plans to use robotics and automation in these facilities to produce a more affordable line of homes called "Essential," which will cost 20% less than its current "Advanced" line. The Essential homes will have essential features but will include smaller windows and entry-level appliances.
