Motif FoodWorks appoints Brian Brazeau as interim CEO amid restructuring

Motif FoodWorks has partnered with Foxtrot, a convenience store and cafe chain, to offer its plant-based ground beef at all 30 Foxtrot locations in the US. Foxtrot will use Motif's beef substitute in its pre-made vegan taco salad, which was initially a limited-time offering but has now become a permanent menu item. Motif's portfolio includes plant-based beef and pork products, with chicken being added later this year.
