        Payright, an Australian BNPL provider offering in-store and online financing solutions to merchants, has announced its proposal to voluntarily delist its shares from the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) and seek shareholder approval for share consolidation and a name change.

      <p>
        Payright&rsquo;s reasonings for the delisting proposal included limited trading activity and stock undervaluation, lack of investor interest, and costs relating to its continued listing. The company estimates to save nearly AUD 322,000 (~USD 211,000) over the next 12 months if the proposal goes through.&nbsp;
      </p>
    </li>
    <li>
      <p>
        Prior to the delisting approval, the company plans to proceed with a 125:1 share consolidation to offer every 125 ordinary shareholders with one ordinary share. Consequently, this would decrease Payright&rsquo;s shares on issue to seven million from ~880 million.
      </p>
    </li>
    <li>
      <p>
        The company also intends to change its official name to &ldquo;Navalo Financial Services Group Limited&rdquo; and have reserved the right to use it with the Australian Securities &amp; Investments Commission (ASIC). 
      </p>
