        Founded in 2018, Knox Financial offers a platform that handles tasks related to rental properties, such as leasing and tenant management, property care, finances, and taxes. Through this acquisition, Doorstead plans to expand its operation on the East Coast and grow its customer base with Knox Financial&rsquo;s clientele in Massachusetts. Knox Financial ceased operations at the end of 2022.

        Currently, Doorstead has over USD 1 billion worth of properties under management and has over 150 employees (nearly 80 employees based within the US). It currently operates in seven markets in the US, including California, Washington, and Massachusetts, and plans to double or triple its operations by the end of 2023.
