        WalkMe reported a non-GAAP loss per share of USD 0.10 for Q4 2022, beating analyst expectations of a loss per share of USD 0.14, and also improving on the USD 0.23 loss per share reported in Q4 2021. WalkMe&rsquo;s revenue rose 21.8% YoY to USD 64.9 million, in line with the higher end of its own guidance, beating the analyst estimates by 1.4%. This closed WalkMe&rsquo;s 2022 full-year revenue at USD 245.0 million (up 26.8% YoY), also matching the upper limit of its own guidance.

        Revenue growth for the quarter was driven by an increase in subscription revenue (up 20.9% YoY; accounting for 90.5% of revenue in Q4 2022) and a rise in revenue from professional services (up 31.0% YoY). WalkMe&rsquo;s annual recurring revenue (ARR) grew 19% YoY to USD 262 million by the end of the year. ARR of large enterprise customers (more than 500 employees) rose 22% YoY and the number of customers with over USD 100,000 in ARR reached 514 enterprises (up 13% YoY). Meanwhile, customers with over USD one million in ARR grew 26% YoY to 39.

        WalkMe&rsquo;s non-GAAP gross margin increased by five percentage points YoY to 82% in Q4 2022, as the non-GAAP cost of sales declined by 5.2 percentage points YoY. The company cut its non-GAAP operating losses to USD 10.5 million during the quarter, down from USD 18.9 million in Q4 2021, primarily owing to the reduction in the cost of sales despite higher non-GAAP operating expenses (up 6.4% YoY in Q4). For the full year 2022, the company reported a non-GAAP operating loss of USD 58.3 million (vs the loss of USD 50.2 million a year ago).&nbsp;

        WalkMe guided 2023 full-year revenue to be USD 269&ndash;276 million, implying growth of 10%&ndash;13% YoY. It also expects the non-GAAP operating loss to go down further to USD 26&ndash;29 million in 2023.
