Oyster launches AI-powered business insurance management platform

Product updates

  • Oyster, an AI-powered commercial insurance platform offering multi-carrier business coverage solutions, has unveiled a new suite of digital products for managing property and casualty (P&C) insurance for small and medium-sized businesses. The carrier-agnostic platform combines business insurance with risk and compliance management software.

  • The platform includes three main features: Policy Explorer for reviewing policy summaries and exclusions, COI Management for generating and sharing insurance certificates, and Self-Serve Flow for obtaining quotes for multiple coverages including General Liability, Business Owners, and Workers' Compensation across online and offline carriers.

  • The company claims its AI and large language model (LLM)-powered platform will help businesses take more control over their insurance coverage, manage risk more effectively, and streamline the business insurance process from quoting to policy interpretation.
