 <p>This collaboration involves the fusion of Fortanix's key supervision capabilities and Versasec's vSEC:CMS credential administration system.  <p>The goal of the acquisition is to integrate Socure's identity verification and fraud solutions with Effectiv's AI-driven platform. The combined platform is expected to be ready for commercial use in approximately 45 days.</p>
 <p>Socure works with over 2,700 customers, boasting a track record of verifying more than 2.26 billion identities in the past year. Their client base includes 18 of the top 20 banks, HR payroll providers, sportsbook operators, and 27 states.</p>

 <p>The capital raised will be channeled into improving Aembit's nonhuman IAM solutions. These services perform the crucial role of securing access between workloads, such as clouds, SaaS, and data centres.</p>
 <p>Aembit conducted a survey that shed light on the state of nonhuman identity credentials in organizations. It found that 30% of the organizations store these credentials as code, while 23% communicate them through email and chat. Interestingly, over 60% of the respondents expressed a desire for a comprehensive solution for managing nonhuman identities throughout their organizations.</p>
