It allows DEA-licensed providers to prescribe Schedule 2-5 controlled substances without in-person visits, extending the previous expiry date which was December 31, 2024.</p>
 <p>The extended rule will be officially published on November 19. Since this is beyond the 60-day window before administrative change, it will require congressional review to be repealed. The DEA still needs to address the issue of prescribing controlled substances when there is no prior in-person relationship between patients and providers, especially for Schedule 2 substances like Adderall and oxycodone.</p>

This increase brings Yazen Health's total funding to date to EUR 23.9 million (USD 26.0 million).</p>
