 <p>Richtech Robotics, a company that develops restaurant service robots, has entered into a binding agreement with Ghost Kitchens International. According to the agreement, Richtech Robotics will operate 20 Walmart-located restaurants through its subsidiary, AlphaMax Management LLC.</p>
 <p>This partnership will enable Richtech Robotics to utilise its unique automation and AI cloud technology to enhance restaurant operations across Arizona, Colorado, and Texas. Each of these locations is projected to bring in an annual revenue between USD 700,000 and USD 2 million.</p>
 <p>Richtech Robotics currently has the operational rights to a Walmart-based Ghost Kitchen in Rockford, Illinois. The company also anticipates beginning its operations in a Walmart restaurant located in Peachtree, Georgia, later this year.</p>

 <p>A developer of AI-powered robotic solutions for restaurant food assembly tasks, known as Chef Robotics, has introduced a new feature known as Placement QA. This function is focused on the quality assurance of food placement during meal assembly. It enables food companies to view images of every meal that is assembled by Chef robots in their facilities.</p>
 <p>The Placement QA feature harnesses computer vision to track containers on a production line, capturing images before and after the food has been plated. This offers food companies with visual data on each element of meal assembly, from ingredient deposit to final assembly. These images can be compiled with existing pick weight data to evaluate the quality of the meal.</p>

 <p>Scorpion uses NVIDIA AI technologies to provide personalized drink suggestions according to preferences and moods. It includes a screen for showing digital content and uses the NVIDIA Jetson Orin platform along with DeepStream SDK for advanced body movement tracking. It also uses NVIDIA Isaac ROS libraries for obstacle evasion and object identification.</p>

The "Autocado," developed by Vebu, is designed to peel, cut and core avocados for guacamole production. Hyphen, on the other hand, developed the "Augmented Makeline," a system that automates the assembly of bowls and salads. These systems are currently being trialed in California stores with the goal of improving operational efficiency and reallocating staff to different tasks.</p>
