Isabella Vincenza, one of CloudKitchens' former salespersons, has filed a lawsuit against the company, CEO Travis Kalanick, and other executives, alleging wrongful termination, sex discrimination, and a hostile work environment.
Vincenza claims she was fired six months after returning from maternity leave despite being a top performer before her pregnancy. She also alleges that she received less pay and equity than her male counterparts.
CloudKitchens has denied the allegations, stating that Vincenza was one of the highest-paid account executives but became one of the lowest performers in her last year. The company also refutes claims of discrimination and abuse.
