 <p>The company intends to use these funds to construct and run a 51,000 sq ft hydroponic vertical farm in downtown Westbrook, Maine, with ambitions to yield approximately 2.5 million pounds of fresh, leafy vegetables annually.</p>
 <p>With a focus on supplying fresh food to local communities, Vertical Harvest Farms' vertical farm project forms part of the New England Food Vision strategy. This strategy aims to have 30% of the region's food consumption locally produced by the year 2030.</p>

 <p>Indoor farming solutions provider, Agrify, has been bought by Nature's Miracle Holding Inc. for approximately USD 6.35 million. The payment is made through the issuance of Nature's Miracle common stocks to the shareholders of Agrify.</p>
 <p>The acquisition offers mutual benefits. Agrify can make use of Nature’s Miracle’s proficiency in progressive horticultural and cultivation lighting technologies. On the other hand, Nature’s Miracle gains Agrify’s SaaS and AI technology and expansion of its market footprint in the field of cannabis extraction.</p>
 <p>The deal is set to finalize in the next six months. Before its completion, Nature’s Miracle plans to buy Agrify’s horticultural LED lighting commodities worth about USD 750,000.</p>
